A LITTLE BIT ABOUT
HEAT TRACED BLANKETS
Our Blankets self-regulate consistent temperatures for
in-transit fluid products.
What We Do
Heat-Traced Blanket
SUM Ltd heat traced insulation blankets offer a fully integrated and complete solution for, combining electrical heat tracing. With insulating Freeze Protection Blankets against arctic temperatures of up to -76°F, or -60°C. This allows your in-transit fluid products to maintain consistent temperatures and flow optimally. SUM Ltd’s solution is also self-regulating. Temperature fluctuations throughout the day increase or decrease the need for heat generation. Rest assured knowing that the electrical heat tracing system can sense changes in ambient temperature and adjust accordingly.
Industrial heat traced insulation blankets are specialized heating devices that are used to maintain a consistent temperature in industrial settings. These blankets are made from durable materials that can withstand harsh conditions and are designed to be used in a variety of applications.
All electrical heat tracing systems have registered approvals under Canadian Standards Association, FM Approvals, and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. within ordinary (non-classified) areas and hazardous (classified) areas.
Benefits to using industrial heat traced insulation blankets
Increased Productivity: In industrial settings, it’s essential to maintain a consistent temperature to ensure that machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency. These blankets help to maintain a consistent temperature, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
Improved Safety: Many industrial processes require a specific temperature range to ensure safety. Industrial heat blankets help to maintain a safe working environment by providing reliable temperature control.
Cost Savings: heat traced insulation blankets are energy-efficient, which can result in cost savings over time. By using less electricity to maintain a consistent temperature, companies can reduce their energy bills and save money
