SUM Ltd’s heat conservation product materials are sourced only from North America and assembled by hand to ensure the quality you expect from us. Our product can withstand continuous heat of up to 1000°F (538°C) or 1500°F (815°C) of intermittent radiant heat. Depending on your heat conservation needs, we assemble a product that is right for you.
High operating temperature surfaces may also pose risks to employees. In the constant rush during day-to-day operations, your staff may accidentally touch the equipment of high temperature surfaces. Adding a barrier such as our custom removable insulation blankets between equipment with high temperature surfaces drastically reduces the risk of burns. SUM Ltd manufactures valve covers for a wide range for valves. Valve covers are designed to cover each of the flanged ends and sit tightly against the hard insulation:
